• 2 Physician Practice currently with room to grow

• Part of the Brantford FHO

• 2 MOAs -2 Nurses

• EMR: PS Suite, Paperless Clinic -800 patient roster with 600 more on a waitlist.

• Possibility to Locum for 6 months before committing to take-over.

• Practice and building is physician owned and run

 

OPPORUNITY: Practice take-over for retirement in January 2027 (flexible). Roster is currently at 800 with about 600 more on the clinic waitlist and 200+ on the HealthCareConnect waitlist waiting to be rostered.
